Description
As a Product Specialist, you’ll be essential in refining our digital health marketplace, ensuring it delivers seamless, data-driven experiences for users and providers. You’ll work at the intersection of product development, user analytics, and healthcare innovation, translating user needs into features that make preventive care accessible and actionable.
What You’ll Do
•
Product Optimization: Test and iterate on platform features (e.g., user dashboards, AI-driven health reports) based on data and feedback.
•
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and medical experts to align product goals with user needs and clinical accuracy.
•
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user behaviour and health trends to propose improvements for engagement and retention.
•
Customer Journey Mapping: Help design intuitive workflows for users navigating checkups, results, and follow-up care.
•
Market Expansion: Contribute ideas to scale our Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) network and partner integrations.
Who You Are
•
Academic Background: Currently in final year(s) of a Postgraduate program in Computer Science, Data Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
•
Skills & Experience:

Technical: Comfortable working with data (SQL/Python/R is a plus) to derive actionable insights.
◦
Product Mindset: Interest in UI/UX, product testing, or digital health platforms.
◦
Healthcare Passion: Familiarity with medical data, AI in healthcare, or preventive care models is highly valued.
